Born of a gentle coal fire under the watchful eye of a Master Distiller, our house Vodka is created in limited amounts to preserve its exceptional quality. Only the heart of the distillate, the centre of each batch, is considered beautiful enough to be called Booze Up's House Vodka. The first 100 gallons and also the last are divided and dismissed as being either too harsh or too weak. What prevails is consistently the smoothest and most elegant Vodka available. This particular method is time-consuming and costly but can only be, achieved by using pot stills. The result more than justifies the added care and value as is readily apparent with the first sampling of House Vodka.
